Job Description

Pedal & Post is an ultra low emission courier service using cargo bikes and electric vehicles, changing things up in the logistics sector with a vision to move goods sustainably in cities. From last mile parcels, to healthcare, to Retail to tech, we support businesses across a whole range of sectors whilst pioneering zero emission ways to deliver, helping to create healthier, greener and more livable cities.

We're seeking a new driver to join our growing eScooter support team. We're eScooter specialists, helping keep Oxford's fleet of scooters in tiptop condition.

You'll drive one of our electric vans, swap batteries, rebalance eScooters and do Quality checks across Oxford. We're looking for an individual looking to thrive and grow in a target-driven environment. The ideal candidate would be looking for a challenge and happy working alone.

The escooters and batteries are heavy and require a good level of fitness. This role requires lifting and moving the scooters around the city of Oxford which weigh around 32kg

- Available on Sat-Sun immediate start (have full time roles coming up)

Our managent team will be there to support you and full training is provided

Although past experience is helpful, our team is on hand to help you succeed in this role!

- Pay: PAYE piece rate, we pay per task completed however your protected by all the usual PAYE employee benefits, living wage, holiday pay, sick pay etc however we are trialing this method of pay to reward efficient and hard working individuals
Our current team achieves between £12-£24 per hour and is dependant on how efficient you can be

Schedule:
- Part time sat and sun (16h roughly however we're flexible) immediate start

- We will have a full time role 7:30am - 15:30am Wed-Sun coming up in late June/July

- We will have a full time role 1:30pm - 21:30pm Mon-Sun coming up in July
